What is on the floor

A cardio area with treadmills, cross trainers and bikes, a free-weights section, resistance machines and a squat rack. The equipment is Technogym throughout.

Changing rooms with lockers and showers. The gym is on the same level as the thermal zone and the massage rooms, so training and a sauna in one visit is a few steps rather than a separate trip.

Group classes

Classes are capped at 10 people and booked in advance. The programme includes Body Sculpt, step aerobics, Tae Bo, stretching, yoga, tabata, bachata, Kangoo Jumps and functional step, and the mix changes with the season.

The gym and the Multisport card

One distinction catches people out at reception: a Multisport card covers the spa zone on weekdays and group classes every day, but it does not cover the gym floor. That needs a membership or a day pass.
